Member Benefit
Activation & Allocation
-
When a GXG Member Benefit becomes available, GXG Developers Ltd (“GXG”) may notify eligible members through the official communication channels linked to their membership account.
The notification may include:
a description of the available benefit;
eligibility requirements;
applicable terms and conditions;
the process for submitting a claim;
any relevant supporting information.
The announcement of a benefit does not constitute a guarantee, reservation, contractual offer, property right, tenancy right, or entitlement to receive the benefit. All benefits remain subject to eligibility verification, availability, and completion of the required legal documentation.
-
Eligible members wishing to be considered for the benefit must submit a claim through the official GXG platform by selecting the “Claim” benefit button.
The first five (5) eligible members whose claims are successfully received and recorded by the GXG system shall form the initial review queue.
The order of the queue shall be determined exclusively by the timestamp recorded by GXG’s systems.
Submission of a claim:
does not guarantee allocation of the benefit;
does not create any ownership, tenancy, financial, contractual, or other legal right;
only confirms the member’s request to be considered for the benefit.
GXG reserves the right to verify, reject, or remove any claim that does not satisfy the applicable eligibility, compliance, or documentation requirements.
-
The first eligible member in the queue shall receive a detailed benefit information package from GXG.
Where appropriate, GXG may include its appointed legal advisors, accountants, auditors, or other professional consultants in the communication process to ensure transparency and proper compliance.
The information package may include:
benefit terms and conditions;
property or development information (where applicable);
legal documentation;
applicable obligations and responsibilities;
compliance requirements;
any additional information required for informed decision-making.
-
The member shall have forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of the benefit information package to confirm whether they wish to proceed.
During this period, the member may request reasonable clarification and due diligence opportunities, including:
video meetings;
discussions with GXG representatives;
discussions with appointed professional advisors;
site visits (where applicable);
review of supporting documentation.
GXG encourages each member to undertake their own independent review before accepting any benefit.
-
If the member confirms acceptance within the required timeframe, GXG shall proceed with the relevant documentation and compliance procedures.
If the member:
declines the benefit;
fails to respond within the required timeframe;
fails to provide requested documentation;
does not satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements;
the benefit opportunity shall automatically proceed to the next eligible member in the queue.
-
Before final allocation of any benefit, GXG may conduct appropriate verification procedures, including:
confirmation of active membership status;
identity verification;
compliance checks;
review of required documentation;
confirmation that the member can comply with applicable legal obligations.
GXG reserves the right to refuse allocation where:
eligibility criteria are not satisfied;
required information or documentation is not provided;
inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information has been submitted;
compliance concerns arise;
allocation would conflict with applicable laws, regulations, or GXG internal policies.
Any decision shall be made reasonably and in accordance with GXG’s internal compliance procedures.
-
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by GXG, all benefits:
are personal to the approved member;
cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, exchanged, or converted into cash;
cannot be claimed by another person.
-
A benefit shall only be considered formally allocated once:
the member has successfully completed all required verification procedures;
all required agreements and documentation have been executed;
all legal, compliance, and operational requirements have been satisfied.
Until formal allocation is completed, GXG reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or withdraw any benefit programme where required due to legal, regulatory, operational, commercial, or third-party considerations.
-
GXG shall maintain appropriate records relating to:
benefit announcements;
claim timestamps;
queue order;
member communications;
verification procedures;
final allocation decisions.
These records are maintained to support transparency, fairness, and compliance with applicable requirements.
