GXG Education Sponsorship Programme
Specific Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Programme is available to eligible XXXX students/members who are at least 18 years old, or who have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and who satisfy the applicable GXG and XXXX eligibility requirements.
2. Sponsorship Benefit
One selected beneficiary may receive 100% sponsorship of approved tuition and accommodation costs relating to an approved educational programme, subject to these Terms and the beneficiary's individual sponsorship confirmation.
3. Additional Approved Costs
Where expressly included in the beneficiary's sponsorship confirmation, GXG may also cover approved visa application costs and reasonable transportation costs directly related to the approved educational programme.
No cost is covered unless it falls within the approved sponsorship scope.
4. Eligible Education
The educational institution, programme, course, location, duration, tuition fees and accommodation arrangements must be approved in advance by GXG and/or XXXX.
The Programme does not guarantee admission to any educational institution or programme.
5. Existing, Future and Past Studies
The Programme may be available for future or ongoing studies.
Previously incurred educational or related expenses will only be reimbursed if expressly approved by GXG in writing before reimbursement is made. No past expense is automatically eligible for reimbursement.
6. Selection
Where more than one eligible candidate applies, the beneficiary may be selected according to the applicable Programme rules and criteria, which may include academic performance, motivation, letter of intent, interview, programme suitability, availability and other relevant eligibility criteria.
Being first to apply or claim does not, by itself, guarantee selection.
7. Payment of Costs
Where reasonably practicable, GXG will pay approved costs directly to the relevant educational institution, accommodation provider, transport provider or other approved service provider.
The sponsorship is not a cash payment and has no cash equivalent unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Changes in Costs
The sponsorship covers only the approved costs and amounts confirmed in writing by GXG.
Any increase, additional charge, upgrade, optional service, penalty, cancellation fee or other expense not included in the approved sponsorship shall remain the responsibility of the beneficiary unless GXG expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
9. Sponsorship Confirmation
The sponsorship becomes binding only when GXG provides the selected beneficiary with written confirmation setting out the approved programme, covered costs, duration and applicable conditions.
Any general advertisement, website content, social media post, statement by XXXX, GXG, an influencer or another third party does not by itself constitute an individual sponsorship confirmation.
10. No Automatic Entitlement
GXG membership or participation in XXXX does not itself create an entitlement to sponsorship.
The Programme is subject to eligibility, availability, approval and completion of the applicable procedures and documentation.
11. Compliance and Documentation
The beneficiary must provide accurate information and complete all required documentation within the applicable deadlines.
GXG may suspend or withdraw the sponsorship where information provided is materially inaccurate, eligibility requirements are no longer satisfied, required documentation is not completed, or participation becomes unlawful or impracticable.
12. Educational and Accommodation Arrangements
Educational admission and accommodation remain subject to the rules, availability and requirements of the relevant institution or accommodation provider.
GXG does not guarantee admission, academic results, visa approval, immigration status, or the continued availability of any particular institution, programme or accommodation.
13. Programme Changes
GXG may modify, suspend or discontinue the Programme for future applicants where reasonably required for legal, regulatory, operational or other legitimate reasons.
Any sponsorship already formally confirmed in writing shall be governed by the terms of that confirmation, subject to applicable law.
14. Acceptance
By accepting the sponsorship, the beneficiary confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with the applicable Programme requirements and any separate sponsorship agreement.
15. Applicable Law
These Terms and any separate sponsorship agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to GXG Developers Ltd, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
