GXG TARGET PRICE RESIDENCE CAMPAIGN
Official Campaign Rules & Participation Terms
Effective Immediately
1. Introduction
The GXG Target Price Residence Campaign (“Campaign”) is a promotional property access initiative operated by GXG Developers LTD (“GXG”).
The Campaign is designed to provide eligible GXG Members with access to a selected residential property opportunity through a structured developer-supported subsidy mechanism.
The Campaign is based on a real property, transparent eligibility criteria, and a defined purchase process.
The Campaign does not constitute a lottery, raffle, competition of chance, gambling activity, or prize draw.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Participation in the Campaign is available only to approved GXG Members who:
hold an active GXG membership;
are at least 18 years old;
have completed required verification procedures;
satisfy GXG compliance requirements;
are legally capable of entering a property purchase agreement.
GXG reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
3. Campaign Structure
A selected residence (“Campaign Property”) will be introduced into the GXG marketplace with an initial listed price.
The property price may progressively decrease through GXG’s subsidy mechanism until reaching the designated activation threshold.
The subsidy progression, timing, and price movements are determined solely by GXG.
GXG does not guarantee:
the speed of price movement;
the frequency of adjustments;
reaching the activation threshold;
continued availability of the Campaign Property.
4. Activation of Purchase Opportunity
The Campaign Property becomes available for purchase only when the designated activation price is reached.
Prior to activation:
the property cannot be reserved through the Campaign;
no purchase rights are created;
no member has entitlement to acquire the property.
Once activated, eligible members may submit a reservation request.
5. First Approved — First Allocated Process
The Campaign follows a first-approved, first-allocated acquisition process.
The opportunity shall be allocated to the first eligible member who:
accesses the active purchase opportunity;
completes the required reservation process;
satisfies GXG verification requirements;
successfully enters into the applicable contractual documentation.
Speed of action alone does not guarantee allocation.
All allocations remain subject to GXG approval and compliance procedures.
6. No Chance-Based Allocation
GXG confirms that the Campaign:
does not involve random selection;
does not award property through luck;
does not require payment for a chance of winning;
does not guarantee acquisition to any participant.
Allocation is determined through objective commercial criteria, eligibility requirements, and completion of the purchase process.
7. Membership Requirement
Only active GXG Members may participate.
Membership:
provides access to GXG opportunities;
does not guarantee purchase rights;
does not guarantee availability of Campaign Properties;
does not guarantee participation in future campaigns.
8. Reservation & Purchase Process
Successful participants must:
complete identity verification;
provide required documentation;
comply with KYC/AML requirements;
sign the applicable reservation agreement;
complete the Sale and Purchase Agreement process.
Failure to complete required steps within applicable deadlines may result in cancellation of the allocation.
GXG may offer the opportunity to another eligible member.
9. One Residence Per Member
To preserve accessibility and fair participation:
Each member may acquire a maximum of one residence through GXG promotional programs unless expressly approved by GXG.
10. Withdrawal, Modification & Cancellation Rights
GXG reserves the right to:
modify Campaign conditions;
suspend the Campaign;
withdraw a Campaign Property;
correct errors;
refuse participation;
terminate access where required.
GXG shall not be responsible for any loss of opportunity resulting from changes, withdrawal, technical issues, or eligibility decisions.
11. Property Purchase Terms
The Campaign does not replace a legally binding Sale and Purchase Agreement.
Ownership transfer, payment obligations, taxes, VAT, fees, and legal requirements are governed exclusively by the final contractual documentation.
12. Governing Law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
